Hello There!
First off, english is my second language so give me a break before
any of you start to e-mail me about any errors on this text
file.... ok! Yo quiero Taco Bell. :-)

I hope you all find this mission filled with challenge and fun!
In here you'll find a more detailed mission briefing as well as tips to
sucessfuly fly and complete the mission safely.

If you have any suggestions on how to improve any aspect of this mission,
please e-mail me your suggestions and/or ideas. If you didn't like the
mission e-mail me and tell me why. If you'd like to trade missions
you can freely e-mail them to me at "R_DelValle@hotmail.com".

Mission Briefing:

You are about 20 miles away from the carrier on landing aproach.
The time is 23:00 hrs and there is NO visibility outside
your cockpit. To make matters worst, the weather is obscured by
heavy clouds. The only way to land the aircraft safely is by flying
the ILS needles. DO NOT use the Auto Pilot CPL mode to land.
A Real Pilot would only rely on his skills!

This is a Test of Balls and Skills!

Ask yourself this question.
Do you have the right stuff?

Helpfull Tips:

Try to mantain a good glideslope from an early start.
Contact Approach Control for carrier's heading.
Remember... the carrier is moving forwards and changing
it's heading continuously. The deck has a deviation of
10 degrees left in respect to the carrier's heading.
Keep this in mind as you correct your heading towards
the carrier. If you've flown correctly the carrier lights
should be visible within 3 nautical miles. Remember, practice
makes perfect!

Replay File Included: Blind_Bat_Replay.rpl

If you are having a hard time landing or even finding the carrier, I suggest
you take a look at the replay file included with this mission to have
a better idea on what to do to find and land on the carrier. If you pay
close attention you will notice that I did NOT use the Autopilot
to fly and land the airplane (CPL Mode). Just pay close attention to your
instruments and you should make it on board. You have to concentrate
very hard to find the carrier and land the plane.

Final Notes:

	- Remember to use Approach Control to get carrier's
	  heading (Shift-C).
	- At 8 miles from WP1, switch to WP0 and activate ILS
	  HUD Mode.
	- Keep an eye on your altitude and airspeed.
	- Remember to lower your landing gear, flaps and hook.
You have to concentrate so hard that you might even forget it.
	- The LSO can be your friend.
	- Concentrate and be the plane, be the plane, be the plane...

Enjoy,
